Screen Printing

We offer large and small runs for T-shirt printing. A couple of our main options include Screen Printing and Heat Sealing / Heat Transfer.

Screen printing, or silk screening, is the technique of using a screen (a stencil like sheet) to print inks directly to the surface of a garment. This method is the most cost effective way to reproduce the same image on multiple piece runs.

      Great for c
ustom t-shirts, sweatshirts, hoodies, work wear, uniforms, dry fit or performance fabrics, team sports and jerseys, fundraising products, inside tag printing, towels, and tote bags, and many other items.

Heat Sealing, or heat transfer printing, is the process of applying heat-applied materials to various items (i.e., substrates) with a heat press. Heat-applied materials contain a heat-sensitive adhesive on one side; when heat is applied by a heat press to the material, the material adheres to the substrate to which it is being applied. The end result is a decorated garment.

Decorating / customizing via heat sealing is an easy, cost-effective process, especially for smaller or single runs of t-shirts and other products. Most names and numbers, like for sporting events, will be applied using the heat press process.
